The location of the hotel is very good. The working people are very nice.
The lobby of the hotel is very small (only 3 tables). In the season when 30 rooms will be full, it seems to be a problem to find a seat in only three tables.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, had great experience. The venue was clean with nice staff members. The location was marvelous and incredible, just a short stroll away from Borovets Mountain Resort. It was near a nightclub, ski lift, and the slopes. Spotlessly clean hotel in a renovated building close to a nightclub, a ski slope, and Musala pick. Nice pool, comfortable modern and well heated rooms with comfortable beds. Wonderful, incredible location right in the centre. Again, walking distance to Tsarska Bistritsa.

Everything was superb, and it had excellent wi-fi. the restaurant was clean for dinner, I tried savory dishes. - the folks working here were professional. - the location was best possible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Borovets Mountain Resort.
